The Gray Haile Advantage

EXPERTISE

Our capabilities include:

EXPERIENCE

Each of our attorneys brings at least a decade of experience in representing clients in complex matters. We invite you to review the “practice areas” section and our attorneys’ biographies to learn more about the breadth and depth of each of our attorney’s experience.

SERVICE AND VALUE

We represent our clients with zeal and a commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards.  Gray Haile is, by design, a boutique comprised of partner and counsel level attorneys and top-notch support staff.  We are, as a matter of course, diligent, responsive and detail oriented.  Each matter is staffed by experienced professionals in the most efficient manner possible.

FULL-SERVICE PLATFORM

For clients with large in-house legal departments, we effectively serve as an extension of their in-house legal departments as we collaborate with their lawyers.  In other cases, we serve in a typical outside counsel role.  For a matter that requires additional expertise, e.g., intellectual property, environmental law and certain tax matters, we co-counsel with attorneys from Day Pitney LLP (or another firm selected by the client) with such expertise, as necessary and with the client’s consent.  In April 2007, Gray Haile and Day Pitney LLP entered into a strategic alliance.  The strategic alliance presents Gray Haile with a ready source for such co-counseling.  Day Pitney is a full-service firm with offices throughout the Northeast United States.

DIVERSITY

Corporate America’s call for diversity in the legal profession has never been louder or more real: law firms must hire, retain, substantively engage and promote minority attorneys. As a law firm comprised principally of minority attorneys and in a field with relatively few minorities (and fewer still minority owned firms), we are uniquely positioned to meet the call.  Gray Haile is certified as a “minority business enterprise” by the Maryland/District of Columbia Minority Supplier Development Council
